It should be illegal to make commuters wait more than 10 minutes for a train at the elevated stations when it’s this cold outside.
Of course, when the train finally arrives it’s packed tighter than a can of sardines. I was forced to wait for the next train, which arrived with three homeless men passed out. SMH
